Where we deliver
We ship to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
How we deliver
Orders are delivered to the Omniva parcel locker of your choice. You select the parcel locker in the cart before checkout.

Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days from the moment your order is confirmed. Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking code. Omniva will notify you by SMS and email when the parcel arrives at the locker.
Collecting your parcel
Please collect your parcel within the time stated in the Omniva notification. If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we can send it again after the customer pays the re-sending cost.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 7 days at shop@mealprep.global with your order number and a photo, and we will replace the items or refund you.
