1. Who we are
The online store shop.mealprep.global ("Meal Prep Shop") is operated by FLAVO Brands OÜ, registry code 17285704, VAT number EE102980206, Valge tänav 13, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia. Email: shop@mealprep.global, phone +372 5841 5268.

2. Scope
These terms apply to all purchases made in Meal Prep Shop. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, our Shipping policy, our Return and refund policy and our Privacy policy.

3. Products and information
We sell food products. Ingredients, allergens and nutrition information are shown on each product page and on the packaging. If the information on the packaging differs from the website, the packaging prevails. Product photos are illustrative.

4. Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at the moment you place your order applies to that order.

5. Ordering and contract
The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund the full amount if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

6. Payment
Payment is made at checkout by bank link or card through our payment partner Montonio. Your order is processed once the payment has been received.

7. Delivery
We deliver to Omniva parcel lockers in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Delivery prices, times and conditions are described in our Shipping policy. Risk passes to you when you collect the parcel.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because our products are food, only unopened products in their original packaging can be returned. Details are in our Return and refund policy.

9. Complaints and warranty
If a product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us at shop@mealprep.global within a reasonable time, preferably with a photo. You have the right to submit a claim within two years of receiving the product. We will respond within 15 days. If we cannot resolve a dispute, consumers may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (www.ttja.ee) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

10. Personal data
We process personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Liability
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence also apply.

13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.
